Can I change the shipping address of my order?

Yes, you can change the shipping address of your order only before it is billed or shipped. No changes can be done post order shipment.

What if I am not available when my order arrives?

As our policy, the delivery guy will always contact you before delivery to check your availability. However, in such cases we will try to reattempt for delivery in the next 2 days.

Can Made-to-Order pieces be cancelled?

No, Made-to-Order pieces can not be cancelled after 24 hours, as they are made on order and the production process starts after 24 hours.

What If my order status is ‘Delivered’ but I haven’t got it?

  • In that case, we advise you to ask in your neighbourhood once if someone else has received it.
  • Contact the courier company to cross check on which name the package has been signed.
  • Contact us if you have not received your package in 10-15 days after getting the tracking details.

If there is no update about the delivery we will consider the order has been delivered, you cannot apply for the refund.

How to track my order once it is shipped ?

You’ll receive your tracking details in an email on your registered mail id. Open the courier website and track your order with a tracking number.

What if I received a damaged item?

In such an unlikely event, we are sorry that you had to experience it.

We will be initiating return from our end and ensure that you receive a fresh new piece at the earliest possible.

Will I receive the exact same piece as shown on the website?

Yes definitely, being an international brand we do not compromise with the quality at any cost. The product will arrive in exact the same condition as shown on the website. However, due to screen difference the colour may vary slightly.
