In case of a return and exchange-
- The products should be in the same condition as received with the tags intact.
- The return shipment is to be borne by the customer.
- Return or exchange should be notified to us within 3 days of receiving the product.
- In case of exchange of products, we provide a Coupon Code which can be utilized anytime within 6 months from the date of issue.
- After the returned good is processed, you can either get Coupon Code for the amount or exchange for another products.
- Made to order pieces cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
- Size exchange and Coupon code process takes 10-15 days in completion.

Eligible for Return
Your item must be unused & in the same condition in which you received it.
It should be in its original packaging accompanied by a proof of purchase.
NOTE:
1) Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
2) If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than Pratap sons, the inquiry must be made directly though that retailer.
Credit Note
-All items purchased from our website can be returned for Coupon Code 3 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost) will be credited to the coupon code.
How to use the Credit Note
Once you receive the credit note code from us, you can apply it on our website at the checkout page, after the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the ‘COUPON CODE’ section and click on ‘APPLY’.
You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your given discount amount.
